Refund Policy

At Feral Darling, every order means the world to us, and we want you to love your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of your order being delivered.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unworn and unused.
  • Be in its original condition.
  • Have any original tags or packaging (where applicable).
  • Be free from makeup, deodorant, perfume, pet hair, or any other marks.

Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Gift cards.
  • Sale or clearance items (unless faulty).
  • Personalised or custom-made products.
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or you've received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

We'll arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund where appropriate.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we'll let you know if your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 working days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund.

Return Postage

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or we've made an error with your order.

We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.

To request a return, please contact us with:

  • Your order number.
  • The reason for your return.
  • Photos if the item is faulty or incorrect.
