Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays).

During new launches, promotions, or busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer. We'll always do our best to get your order out as quickly as possible.

Shipping

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking information (where applicable).

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and the courier.

UK Shipping

Estimated delivery after dispatch:

• Standard Delivery: 8–12 working days
• Tracked Delivery: 5–8 working days (where selected)

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

Feral Darling cannot be held responsible for delays, lost parcels, or additional charges caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel appears to be delayed or has not arrived, please contact us and we'll do everything we can to help investigate with the courier.

Please note that once an order has been handed to the courier, delivery times are outside of our control.

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

We'll do our best to help, but once your order has entered processing or has been dispatched, we're unable to make changes or cancel it.
